Visa Requirement
- Passport with a validity of 06 months from the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States. It shall contain at least two blank pages to affix the visa and should be along with all old passport booklets. It shall have been issued within the previous 10 years. No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
- 1 Application form to be filled and signed by the applicant as per passport. The form must be filled with one ink and no overwriting should be done.
- Photo Specification: 2 Recent Colour Photographs (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa), 35mm x 45mm. White Background, Matte/ glossy finish, 80% Face coverage, Non-smiling face, without spectacles, no head covering unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background.
- Ticket Itinerary.
If a Businessperson, then the following documents are required:
- Covering Letter on the business letterhead, Addressed to The Singapore High Commission, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’s name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose, and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
- An incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
- Company’s 6 months Bank statement.
- Personal 6 months Bank statement.
If a salaried person (Employee), then the following documents are required:
- Covering Letter on the business letterhead, Addressed to The Singapore High Commission, New Delhi mentioning the. Company profile, Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’s name as per passport, passport number, Designation in the company, purpose, and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person of the company.
- An incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
- 3 months salary slips with the company stamp.
- Last 6 months salary account statement.
Documents required from Invitee Company:
- Invitation letter on the business letterhead, Addressed to The Singapore High Commission, New Delhi mentioning the. Nature of Relationship between both the companies, applicant’s name as per passport, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, expenses clause and to be stamped and signed by the authorized person.Singapore Visa Service
Visa Fees
- Single/Multiple entry visa fees 30 Singapore dollars.
Processing Time
- Minimum Approx 4-5 days for processing.
